Vasavi silks was Established in 1993 by our chairman Sri Majety SeshagiriRao. We have been Famous in pure silk sarees since 1993 in the name of Vasavi Silks.

Later Under the firm Vasavi silks we established a new chain of stores with Brand Name “Subham Grand” In the year 2010. This is a registered trademark of Vasavi Silks.

SubhamGrand is acclaimed for the exclusive collection of Indian artifacts, traditional sarees, ethnic ladies wear and hand-looms material. It is a journey of discovery into centuries old traditions. It's a tribute to Art, and a celebration of beauty. SubhamGrand is a Retail chain store consisting of 5 showrooms across Andhra Pradesh (Eluru, Rajahmundry, Tenali, Tanuku and Tuni).

SubhamGrand was launched in 2010, apart from the physical presence it also has this wonderful E-Commerce site (www.subham grand.in), with strong global clientele we have been delivering the merchandise across the globe. Our MD personally works with the designers to create a wonderful range for the ladies. So much of smart & hard work goes for the Bridal range that every bride aspires for our bridal range for her marriage.

SubhamGrand carries an institutional role in keeping with the socio-economic overtones governing the production process in the field involving a commitment to safeguarding the lasting characters and the need to create conditions towards preserving these long-cherished occupations, which can indisputably be said to constitute.

Later we established an exclusive ladies garments store in the brand name of “SIRI” in the year 2015.This brand is also a registered trademark of VasaviSilks.

Later we established an exclusive lady’s saree boutique store with brand name “Sathya Bhama” in the year 2018. This brand is also a registered trademark of VasaviSilks.

In the year 2020 our sole proprietor firm Vasavi Silks is being converted into a private limited company by way of transfer of business as a going concern and hence all the Assets including intangible and tangible assets including trademarks will be that of the company Vasavi Silks Private Limited.
